Placing an order with us indicates that you have read, understand and agree to the following:

1 - Price and Payment
The price payable for the items your order is listed on our website at the time you place your order.

Prices are listed in Euro currency and we only accept payment in Euro. On the website you can also see prices in other currencies, however this is a guide only as all payments are charged in Euro and final exchange rate in your currency (if different from Euro) will be set by your bank.

We must receive payment for the full amount of your order, including shipping charges, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

2 - Shipping

Items are shipped in accordance of your order. You can see details of shipping options under the section “shipping” on our web page.

3 - Availability

We have over 23.000 items listed on our page, and as you understant it is impossible to keep all in stock at same time.

You may reserve/pre-order any Item not in stock so you can be sure it will be reserved for you when available and you can just ask us the delivery situation to have an estimated waiting time for your reservation.

If you are interested in any item you don’t see listed in our page, please just ask and we will tell you if we can get it for you or not and price.

4 - Problem Resolution

We will promptly reply about any problem or claims of shipping errors, damage, defects, missing items, etc. if we are contacted within 10 days of delivery at our address icaro01@virgilio.it

Under no circumstances should you ever contact your credit card company or PayPal to dispute charges from Icaro without writing us before.

We will solve all genuine customer service problems through refunds, reshipments, discounts or whatever else it takes to reach a fair solution to the problem (if any) 

5 - Your Account

If you use our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons and images is the property of Icaro or its suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or commercial use of this material will result in legal action.
